Making Your Online Business Grow With Email Marketing
In the present time email marketing is considered to be one of the best ways to market your products and services. It is a form of direct marketing which uses electronic mail as a means of communicating commercial or fundraising messages to an audience. If you are a business owner or manager, odds are you're told all the time about the effectiveness good email marketing can have on your business. But what exactly is "good" this kind of business strategy?Well, e-marketing also proves effective in increasing traffic to your site in turn increasing your sales and that is why it is essential that your email marketing campaign should be very well designed and professional looking.
The subject of whether or not it is acceptable to use advertising in email market is hotly debated with some Internet marketers being strongly in favor of placing advertisements in it while others are strongly against the use of advertisements in email marketing. Many of these programs grow organically. If you have recently decided to try implementing an email marketing campaign, you can congratulate yourself on becoming involved in one of the most effective types of online marketing for your business. Most Internet marketers understand the basic concept of e-marketing which is to for promotional materials to a large group of Internet users to promote an interest in your products or services.
Some Email Marketing Techniques:
When you are ready to do e-marketing you will want an e-mail marketing-strategy. This article will provide useful information for business owners who are hoping to improve their sales or website traffic through effective email marketing. Targeted email marketing will bring you the highest and most rapid results. You will use this to keep in consistent contact with these people by offering quality content, information, and cutting edge products. You can purchase an mail database that specializes in bulk address Internet marketing, or you can create your own list by allowing your web site visitors to opt in for a newsletter, eCourse or specials and updates.
Benefits From E-Marketing:
E-marketing certainly has a set of unique advantages over other types of marketing both online and offline. Most standard email software tells you whether or not email messages sent to the clientele are being read. Without it your online business will simply not be able to sustain itself and eventually you will fail. The marketers can also segment their promotions to specific market segments. This is simply not true; there are a number of mistakes business owners can make when they organize an email-marketing campaign.
Some of the many advantages of advertising through email are the direct contact with the consumer and is inexpensive, flexible, and simple to implement(Fairhead, 2003).

Why do people use social networks?
I DON'T GET IT!! What is the compelling reason to use a social network?? Maybe I'm the one who is peculiar, who is in the minority, who just "ain't with it",or who is not cool, but what, exactly, is the reason a Billion people are driven to communicate with people they don't know?? The obvious answer is, so they can know them better....but why?
Is it so a person can say they "know" a lot of people?? That?s an INSECURE person. Its almost like connecting with someone ......,but not really. That kinda implies you are also a shallow, superficial person to start with!
I've read research reports published by the Pew Research Trust ( a highly regarded, credible Think Tank, based in Washington, D.C.) that reports most of the people (89%) who use Facebook (I refer to it as FaceLift) to communicate with someone:
1) Already know the person they are communicating with
2) Have met this person at least once
My question is: If I already know you and I have met you at least one time, WHY would I intentionally go to a social networking site in order to communicate with you, rather than:
1) Send you an e mail message through my personal e mail account
2) pick up the phone and call you OR
3) Get in my car or ride a bicycle to visit you in person!??
It just don't make sense, People!! And...as Judge Judy used to say..."If it don't make sense....It's a lie"
This is my feeling, too. This whole social networking craze seems to be a superficial way to meet other superficial, disingenuous, insecure people who really are not very introspective and who don?t give much thought to what they say or who they say it to.
Perhaps its the fact that someone can log into a FaceBook and see color pictures of their friend and his/her family, calmly sitting in their living room, with the kids in the background and watching the family pet perform silly dog tricks. If that's all it's about, you social network fanatics are completely lost and much more shallow than I ever suspected.
The immediate benefit of social networking is a business marketing tool, but on a personal level it seems like a risky waste of time that just makes you LAZY. If I want to meet Friends I will do it the old fashioned way; through face-to-face contact and mutually earned trust.A ?friend? is someone who can SHOW me, through their ACTIONS, how good a "friend" they really are. You can't do that through a television screen!!
If I have an interest in Photography (which I do) and I communicate with someone else on Facebook who also likes photography, this does NOT necessarily mean I will like them and accept them as someone I would trust to take care of my dog while I?m away on vacation!! Sure, I can ask them but people lie very often, especially on the Internet
I tried internet dating (several different sites) for a laugh and was very disappointed. I'm 59 years old, white, single, male, reasonably attractive, dress well, shower often, intellectually sharp, can write and speak with eloquence, grounded in Spirituality, compassionate and caring, tolerant, have refined manners, taste, and a good sense of humor, maintain traditional Family values, honest & trustworthy and yet?? I could NOT find ONE woman who would even consider writing to me; Not ONE.
The were two things I didn?t have; one was a picture of myself on the website, since I don?t own a camera cell phone or a digital camera.I think this fact screams volumes about the typical social network user; they are shallow. Its human nature to be attracted to attractive people. But if you don?t post a picture of yourself, your physical ATTARCTIVENESS is questioned but your VALUES are not!? You can lie your ass off and no one cares! Though I will admit, I would be more inclined to respond to a profile having a picture of an attractive woman.
The other thing I didn?t have was a Profile that would separate me from the other 50,000 ads. A sparkly, witty, extroverted, self-confident opinion of myself that will just make women drool. I just can?t LIE good enough; I can?t come up with a good ANGLE; I can?t be INSINCERE enough to get an Internet date. Welcome to social networking where only the best bullshit artists get what they want.
I know there are professional editors that will create a profile for me but will it attract the woman I?m trying to reach?
In case the other users of FaceLift missed what their Mothers should have taught them at age 10, there is a difference between a FRIEND and an ACQUAINTENCE.
So, here I sit, all alone every day, a lonely stranger in a strange, lonely (internet) land not content to be alone but content in the knowledge I don?t have to wonder who is trying to scam me and PRETEND they are my friend while the rest of the world PRETENDS to be friendly.
I DON?T GET IT! Why do you use social networking?
Can anyone help me out??

What electives should I take in eighth grade?
Here are my choices:
Exploring Business, Marketing and Entrepreneurship
Exploring Life Skills I
Technology Design and Innovation
Dance II
Pottery/Sculpture
Painting
I can't draw to save my life, and I think taking technology classes are the most boring things on earth. I'm bent on taking Dance II, but my parents want me to take Pottery OR (grudgingly) Dance and one of the technology classes. They look down on Life Skills. Help please?! What should I do??
They think I'll learn life skills from living life, not taking a class. The technology classes are basically how to make video games/apps 101 and how to succeed and make lots of money in life 101. But my dad's a software specialist, so... They also want me to take Pottery because I'll never get another opportunity, even though I'll probably fail because I have no physical artistic talent.
And I have to pick two, not including the epic-ly amazing Dance II.
