Make sure that your keyword doesn't have any more than 10, 000 competing pages in Google search results when you put quotes around your keyword.
After you find a bunch of good keywords like this, start writing some good quality articles on those keywords and submit them to some of the best article directories on the net. Make sure you put a link at the bottom of the article that will send your reader to the Sales page of the product that you are promoting, that way if they buy the product, you get paid!
