Closing a Small Business is just the same as closing a regular business. You go through the same steps. One or two things may be different but the first couple of steps are the same. For instance when you decide to close or sell your small business, one of the first things you must do is visit the SBA website, there is all sort of information and forms that you would need to close your small business the right way.
Now how to close a small business might be difficult depending on the type of business you opened. If your small business is a partnership, corporation or LLC, you must remember that you are not the only one making the decision. You have to get with the other members, officers, or partners of your company and have a vote to dissolve the business.
