To start a bar business you have to think hard about the management team, write a compelling business plan, and find the required funding.

Management Team

Who will be the management of your bar from its planning and launch phase to its regular operations? im starting a bar business and i need to draw in the customers other than advertizing what can i do?? ok first off thank you every one.. my bar is in a hotel,i have the drink specials and aladys night and a free pool night and a pool leuge night but what i need is somthing unlike any other bar... were in a hotel so dj's and live music are out...bummer...theres a resterant in the next room so we got the food covered but i need somthing that will be different and somting a small city-no collage students more oil fild workers and town people will love to go to than the other bars-oh and karioki is way too expencive for now when just starting...

How close is too close for a mother / son relationship?
My boyfriend is 35 yrs old. His mother and him are very close. He talks to her an average of 3x a day. They are starting a bar business together. She has put up the money ....he is doing all the work to get it started. She does all the bookkeeping. They share everything money wise. They do projects together like she puts up the money to fix a house, he does the work, they sell it and basically whenever he needs money for anything she will give him anything he needs because they are tag team like that. He has multiple credit cards and the billing statements are sent to her house ...she pays the bills because she controls all the money. But she is very generous with him. When I met him when he was I think 28 ...he didn't even have a bank account because she has always controlled the money. He has always done these projects with her and been able to make money with his mom. What is too close? What are appropriate boundaries? What is a healthy mother son relationship?
